Great-Grandparents

I feel that great-grandparents are what make a child's life magical. I was lucky and spent many summers with my grandparents out at the lake and had time to grow and become independent. My daughter is also extremely lucky, as she has my wonderful parents for grandparents. They have been so helpful and supportive through out the trying times for us. They helped us to buy a home, gave her a German Shepard pup that has grown up to be her best friend and guardian.
They are ranchers, so she now has three chickens of her own and loves to pick the eggs. She also has a cow. The cow was one that was to be slaughtered until she named it, then papa couldn't kill it so instead he bred it.
She never wants for anything even though I am a single parent – her grandparents would never see her do without. Last summer they rented two cabins in BC so that we could have a holiday with them. They will always be there for her and for that I cannot even put into words. What more could a little girl ask for than to have two grandparents and her great-grandparents who think she is the best thing to have ever come into their lives?
