Applesauce!

I went into the kitchen one day and found my Crock Pot sitting in the
middle of the kitchen floor. I lifted the lid and found it stuffed full
of apples. Whole apples. I called my 6-year-old downstairs and asked him
about it. He said he heard me talking about making a Crock Pot
applesauce recipe, and thought he'd help me out. Then, his eyes got real
wide. I thought he'd figured out that he couldn't make applesauce by
sticking whole apples into a pot in the middle of the kitchen floor.
