Double-Duty Dad

Alan F. Montminy is dad to Hailey, who will be 4 on September 2, and Caitlin and Rebecca, who are twins turning 7 months at the end of August. Alan works third shift and then comes home and is with the twins while I go to work during the day. He gets to sleep if and when they do – and when they do it isn't always at the same time. When I come home he gets to sleep. He does this and rarely do you hear a complaint from the man. He loves his girls and he wants to spend time with them. And he is so good at being a daddy the girls thrive from being home with him.
